FSA监管介绍
日本FSA于1998年成立。FSA的重要变动：1998年6月，FSA成立，负责监管私营金融机构和证券交易。同年12月建立金融重建委员会（FRC）后，FSA开始受FRC管辖；2000年7月，FSA进行了重组。重组后，开始接管日本财政部部分职责，负责金融系统的规划；2001年1月，中央部门重组后，FSA开始成为内阁办事处外部机构，同时废除了FRC机构。自此，FSA开始监管金融机构破产处理。
