美国众议院周二以222票对212票通过了一项立法，该法案将允许参议院只要简单多数票即可提高美国债务上限。根据该法案的条款，民主党将获得一次性的快速审批权力（fast track authority )，以提高美国债务上限，增加的金额可能足以支付到2022年的借款。
南非单日新增近2万例确诊病例 创新毒株发现以来新高
根据南非国家传染病研究所的数据，周三，南非新增19842例新冠肺炎确诊病例，这是自上月发现奥密克戎变异株以来的最高记录。周三新冠病毒检测阳性率上升至26.8%；有374人因新冠肺炎住院，目前总住院人数达到4252人；新增死亡病例36例，累计达9038例。
EIA报告显示，美国至12月3日当周EIA原油库存录得减少24.1万桶，远低于预期的减少170.5万桶；当周库欣原油库存录得增加237.3万桶，为2月19日当周以来最大库存增幅。另外，上周美国国内原油产量增加10万桶至1170万桶/日，美国战略石油储备（SPR）库存则跌至2003年5月以来的最低水平。
美元指数
市场行情整理:
美元指数冲高回落，美盘时段跌至96关口下方，收跌0.357%，报95.98；10年期美债收益率大幅走高，反弹至1.52%附近。
美元指数呈现先抑后扬的可能性是较大的，也就是整体偏向于震荡，那么我们在操作时，也就可以参考震荡行情来进行交易，尽量选择合适点位进场就好。
市场行情整理:
周三现货黄金亚盘维持震荡走高，欧盘触及1793，随后大幅回落，向下触及1780关口，收跌0.06%，报1782.99美元/盎司。现货白银震荡下行，美盘有所反弹，收跌0.16%，报22.43美元/盎司。
从黄金走势看，目前盘面存在一定向上需求，故可以考虑择机低多；但是，我们也需要小心应对，毕竟目前市场情绪不稳定，要时刻提防市场出现变脸，所以布局只能选择有效支撑位。
市场行情整理:
原油盘中则因英国抗疫新措施的消息走出V字行情，WTI原油收涨1.12%，报73.03美元/桶；布伦特原油收涨0.79%，报76.48美元/桶。
油价经过三连涨后上涨动能不足，Omicron方面的利好消息基本被消化，更进一步的机会不高，日内操作激进者可考虑高位入场做空，保守者观望为主。
