耶伦与鲍威尔听取了有关美国住房市场的工作汇报
美国财政部长耶伦和美联储主席鲍威尔上周五在一场关于评估金融体系风险的委员会会议上听取了有关美国房地产市场的汇报。财政部在声明中称，FSOC听取了关于住房市场近期趋势的陈述，包括价格、销售和抵押贷款承付率等。
全国碳排放权市场上市首日收涨6.73%，成交额达2.1亿元
7月16日，全国碳排放权交易市场上线首日迎来开门红。截至当天收盘，碳配额最新价为51.23元/吨，涨幅为6.73%，均价为51.23元/吨。当天最高价为52.80元/吨，最低价为48元/吨。交易总量410.40万吨，交易总额为2.1亿元。
证监会新闻发言人高莉7月16日表示，新三板设立精选层一周年在即，精选层有57家挂牌公司，取得了改革的预期成效，各项市场化的基础制度有效实施，发行、定价、配售机制有效运转。按照转板规则，转板上市将进入落地实施阶段，符合条件的精选层企业，将在履行内部决策程序、核查后启动转板上市工作。
沪深交易所：8月1日起香港联交所上调股票交易印花税率
上交所和深交所发布通知，自2021年8月1日起，香港市场的股票交易印花税由按成交金额的0.1%双向收取，上调为按成交金额的0.13%双向收取（取整到元，不足一元按一元计）。根据有关规定，投资者进行沪港通下的港股通交易，应按照联交所市场的有关规定交纳相关费用。
上交所和深交所发布的公告显示，自2021年7月19日起，上交所基金交易经手费收费标准由按成交金额的0.0045%双边收取，下调至0.004%双边收取。深交所基金相关费用按成交金额的0.00487%双边收取，下调至0.004%双边收取。
股市方面，美股三大指数上周五轻微高开后辗转走低，道指尾段跌逾300点，银行股沽压较大。道指收跌0.86%，报34687.85点；标普500指数收跌0.76%，纳指收跌0.80%。盘面上，部分抗疫概念股逆市上涨，中概在线教育股、白银股、钢铁板块普跌。
尽管该行业在6月份结束时上涨了2.7%，相比标普500指数上涨了2.3%，但通信服务板块在6月份出现了近年来最大的净抛售，导致该行业的净风险敞口接近过去12个月的地点。净卖出完全是多头卖出的产物，因为空头的资金流动是成对的。
A股三大指数今日震荡整理，最终收盘沪指微幅下跌0.01%，收报3539.12点；深证成指上涨0.14%，收报14992.90点；创业板指上涨0.49%，收报3449.53点。两市成交额达到1.13万亿元，行业板块涨跌互现，通讯板块领涨，钢铁板块领跌。北向资金今日净买入43.74亿元。
当前经济状态仍然在平稳运行中，央行保持了宽松的货币政策，统一了市场关于流动性收缩的担忧。但估值分化达到历史高位，市场的波动可能会加剧，建议投资者把握行业景气主线。前期市场大幅度上涨的光伏、EV等行业是持续景气，是市场的核心主线。除此之外，观察到化工、有色金属等行业也维持续景气，更具性价比优势，建议投资者关注。
恒指跌1.59%，恒生科技指数跌2.07%。科技股重挫，美团跌超4%，百度跌4.07%，哔哩哔哩跌3.69%，阿里巴巴跌2.67%，腾讯跌2.39%。快手跌4.83%，股价较2月16日的最高点417.80港元/股回撤超65%，市值蒸发超10000亿港元。
6月以来南向资金大幅减持港股科网巨头，加码估值调整、潜在收益率上行的优质“消费类公司”。市场持续下跌过程中，外资并未进一步减持港股资产，反而香港本地资金大幅增持港股。
