这座青铜雕塑是由法国雕塑家弗雷德里克·奥古斯特·巴托尔迪（Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi）在1878年创作原始地标雕像时使用的石膏模型制成。今年夏天，这座自由女神像将在纽约市和华盛顿特区限时展出。
