中新网6月1日电 据美联社5月31日报道，美国一份司法文书显示，2021年2月，美国在阿联酋海岸扣押了一艘伊朗油轮，其载运的大约200万桶石油被美国卖掉，价值1.1亿美元（约合人民币(6.3826, 0.0125, 0.20%)7亿元）。
据报道，2021年2月，“Achilleas”号油轮在阿联酋被美方扣押。美方声称，美方依照“反恐法律”没收这批货物，这批石油属于伊斯兰革命卫队，发货方试图隐瞒油轮的目的地，把其标记为“来自巴士拉的轻质石油”。
司法文书显示，美国政府将这艘油轮运到了得克萨斯州休斯敦，在那里将船上的200万桶石油，以1.1亿美元的价格卖出。报道称，在法庭审理过程中，这笔钱将由第三方保管。
美联社援引美国能源信息署（EIA）数据指出，在2020年10月，美方可能就通过“类似扣押油轮”的方式，进口了110万桶伊朗石油。
对此，伊朗石油部回应称，伊朗方面并不掌握关于美国进口伊朗石油的数据。伊朗外交部发言人哈提卜扎德也说，他无法提供任何细节。“自美国前总统比尔·克林顿时期以来，由于他们的法律，（美方）没有从伊朗购买石油。”
美联社介绍称，1977年7月，在与伊朗贸易的鼎盛时期，美国从伊朗进口了约2650万桶原油。1979年伊朗伊斯兰革命后，美国从伊朗进口原油数量在几个月内一度暴跌至零，后来又有所改善。
此后，由于西方和伊朗在核问题上的紧张局势加剧，伊朗对美原油出口再次降至零。2015年7月，伊朗与美国、英国、法国、俄罗斯、中国和德国达成伊核协议。根据协议内容，伊朗可以再次在国际市场上出售原油。但美国政府2018年5月单方面退出伊核协议。
为讨论美伊两国恢复履约问题，伊核协议相关方今年4月初开始在维也纳举行了多轮会谈。伊朗外交部5月31日表示，旨在恢复伊朗核问题全面协议的会议取得重大进展，但仍有许多关键问题有待解决。
