虽然赚了一点点钱，但回头想想还是觉得自己太冒险了，而且没亏钱还是由于自己抽身早。”5月18日将持有的全部加密数字币全部抛出的马阳（化名）近日对《证券日报》记者如是说。
近年来，以比特币为代表的加密数字币成为一些投资者热捧的对象。即便是投资风格一向保守的马阳也经不住朋友的鼓动，在今年4月底购入了“狗狗币”（Dogecoin），5月初又调仓购入了“屎币”（SHIB）。“毕竟没有炒币经验，所以一共就投入了2000元，就当‘试试水’，亏了不算太心疼。”马阳说，令她感到意外的是，5月7日其账户资产增至8000元。短时间内资产（账面值）增长数倍，让马阳理解了为何部分投资者会对炒币如此狂热。
“5月8日，马斯克主持脱口秀，大家对此预期都很高，我也理所当然地认为加密数字币的价格还会继续上涨。”马阳说，但加密数字币的行情并没有如预期般上行：在5月8日一早，价格就开始急转直下。“毕竟尝过甜头，虽然下跌了，但是我觉得还能再等等”。直到5月18日，马阳账户资产变成5000元，她觉得不能再等了，便将所持有的所有加密数字币全部抛出。“虽然赚了3000元，但是这期间我一直都提心吊胆，心情像在坐过山车”。对于这次的炒币经历，马阳总结说，“我不认为这是投资，这应该是投机”。
正如马阳所说，加密数字币确实一度让部分炒币者尝到甜头。但是其价格的急剧波动，也让风险如影随形。5月18日，中国互联网金融协会等三个协会联合发布关于防范虚拟货币交易炒作风险的公告，公告指出“近期，虚拟货币价格暴涨暴跌，虚拟货币交易炒作活动有所反弹，严重侵害人民群众财产安全，扰乱经济金融正常秩序。”同时，公告强调，虚拟货币无真实价值支撑，价格极易被操纵，相关投机交易活动存在虚假资产风险、经营失败风险、投资炒作风险等多重风险。从我国现有司法实践看，虚拟货币交易合同不受法律保护，投资交易造成的后果和引发的损失由相关方自行承担。
时隔3日的5月21日，国务院金融稳定发展委员会（下称“金融委”）召开第五十一次会议，再次点名了加密数字币。会议明确提出，“打击比特币挖矿和交易行为，坚决防范个体风险向社会领域传递”。
“在此次会议之前，相关政策总基调是金融机构不得参与比特币交易，也不能提供比特币平台的支付支持，是为了防止比特币之类的加密数字币风险向金融体系转移，但是之前对个人交易还是相对较少限制的。”中南财经政法大学数字经济研究院执行院长、教授盘和林对《证券日报》记者表示，此次会议明确了防范个体风险向社会领域传递，也就是说，个人交易也将受到限制。
南开大学金融发展研究院院长田利辉在接受《证券日报》记者采访时认为，当前，比特币挖矿和交易行为，不仅带来资源的损耗，而且可能形成新型金融风险。金融委会议的表态，是提示比特币等非法定数字货币的炒作应该“熄火”。
金融委的重磅表态引起了币圈的强烈震动。币圈资深人士孟星（化名）告诉《证券日报》记者，“金融委会议消息一出，币价就一路狂泻，这其实就说明投资者在大量抛售。另外还有几家矿池‘出海’了，也有交易平台宣布部分业务不面向国内投资者”。
炒币存在的风险也同时暴露无遗——金融委会议已过去几天，而币圈的爆仓还在持续。据币COINAPP数据显示，截至5月24日15时05分，在过去的24小时就有248852人爆仓，爆仓约15.4亿美元。仅比特币而言，过去24小时就爆仓5.3亿美元。
看了太多币圈的起起伏伏，孟星近期已经不再持有比特币了，更多的是以局外人的身份观察这个行业。他提醒，“比特币容易被少数机构投资者操盘，同时也容易受监管政策等因素影响，暴涨暴跌是常态，投资风险巨大，普通投资者应加强鉴别能力，提高警惕，不要参与炒币行为，谨防财产受损”。
记者注意到，有曾经在5月19日自以为“抄底”补仓买入部分加密数字币的投资者，20日还在感叹“买少了”；24日，却不得不面对总亏损近半的现实。
