4月13日，比特币盘中一度涨超63000美元，截至发稿，报62999.5美元，涨4.86%，市值约1.17万亿美元。同时，以太坊短时拉升突破2200美元，创历史新高。
近日，比特币和以太币持续上涨推动全球加密货币总价值超过2万亿美元。消息面上，Coinbase即将上市被视为推动近期虚拟货币上涨的主要因素之一。
美加密货币交易所巨头Coinbase上市在即
美国加密货币交易平台Coinbase将于4月14日在纳斯达克交易所上市，股票代码为“COIN”，估值或高达1000亿美元。一旦成功上市，Coinbase将率先成为美国加密货币平台第一股。
据悉，Coinbase是全球最大的数字货币交易所，截至2020年12月31日，Coinbase加密货币交易量为1930亿美元，较2019年增长141.7%，其平台上的累计加密货币交易量超过4560亿美元。Coinbase在2021年第一季度新增用户1300万，注册用户总数达5600万。
资料显示，Coinbase平台资产年复合增长率为258.57%，占总市场份额的11.1%。2021年一季度总营收约18亿美元，同比增长超844%。
大公司入场，比特币价格屡创新高
在市场热情的推动下，今年以来，加密货币价格飙升，比特币价格屡刷历史新高。
2021年1月初，比特币价格为27700美元左右，今日一度站上63000美元/枚，按此计算，累计涨幅达116%，年化收益率达550%。
值得注意的是，3月14日比特币触及61844美元高点后，一度进入了调整期，最低触达50427美元。
此前，高盛、摩根士丹利、纽约梅隆银行、PayPal和VISA等巨头已向其客户提供加密货币服务，特斯拉MicroStrategy等公司也投资了加密货币。
在港交所上市的美图，分别于3月7日、3月17日和4月8日购入比特币，至此，在数字货币上的投资总额已经达到1亿美元。
四个原因共同致本轮比特币牛市
东吴证券(8.930, 0.00, 0.00%)表示，2020年Q4开始的本轮比特币牛市主要由于四个原因共同导致：减半周期、机构大量配置、DeFi增加锁仓量、投资者增多。本轮持有1000比特币以上的“巨鲸”地址急剧增多，代表比特币正在从中小投资者流向鲸鱼。需要注意的是，比特币的泡沫要比其他资产来的更加猛烈。在超涨行情结尾时，会以获利盘兑现，踩踏超跌结束，在低位盘整一段时间，等待下一轮周期启动。按照历史看来，比特币的价格和其每四年的减半周期呈现强相关，前三次减半后都开启了10-12个月不等的牛市。
国海证券(4.450, -0.01, -0.22%)指出，比特币作为快速成长的资产，既有大宗商品的特点，类似黄金、也承载了区块链新兴科技的希望，类似股市互联网科技公司，因此，比特币有可能走出独立于商品和股票的独立行情。但作为新兴资产的比特币也存在一些风险：随着机构携大量资金入场、比特币期货等金融衍生品的发展，比特币价格依旧存在剧烈波动的风险；各国在监管层面日益趋紧，政府在反洗钱、税务稽查、法币交易等方面的监管和打击力度也在加大。
武汉科技大学金融证券研究所所长董登新表示，目前比特币市场进入了一个非理性、盲目对赌的阶段。越是在高位时，可能越会吸引更多人的关注，做多的投资者可能会信心大增。盲目做多一旦失败，亏损也会十分严重。
