数字人民币试点重回首发地
本次试点前，深圳已分别在罗湖区、福田区、龙华区启动三轮公测，苏州启动了两轮，北京冬奥场景、成都各一轮。在2021年地方两会上，北京、上海、广东等多地《政府工作报告》中均提到推进数字货币试点应用。
2020年10月，罗湖区在央行相关机构支持下首先推出“礼享罗湖数字人民币红包”活动，此次数字人民币试点重回首发地。据了解，罗湖区将加快推进数字人民币场景应用，探索政务、医疗、教育、交通、消费等全域试点，加快实现数字人民币收支系统全覆盖。
金融科技专家苏筱芮表示，一方面，罗湖区具有成熟的商业生态与完备的基础设施，在数字人民币试点的工作方面具有优良条件，适合在之前的试点基础上稳步拓展用户与商户规模；另一方面，此次从罗湖区“再出发”并非简单重复此前的试点流程，而是勇于担当起数字人民币留存用户的“排头兵”，额外优惠的方式相较此前的消费红包玩法更加简洁明了，是数字人民币在用户运营、活动推广方面的一种全新的尝试和探索。
