国际货币基金组织（IMF）指导委员会周四（4月9日）表示，全球经济正以比预期更快的速度从新冠危机中复苏，但警告称，利率飙升可能对新兴经济体造成特别痛苦的影响。
国际货币与金融委员会（IMFC）在公报中强调了加快在全球分发新冠疫苗的重要性，并承诺加强国际合作。
这一由24名成员组成的委员会表示，“如果全球金融环境迅速收紧，金融脆弱性上升可能带来风险。危机可能会造成更长期的创伤，加剧贫困和不平等，而气候变化和其他共同的挑战正变得更加紧迫。”
IMF主席格奥尔基耶娃表示，美国经济成长前景增强对全球有正面的溢出效应，
但若经济成长加速导致快速加息，一些难以重启经济的国家可能会受到影响。
在IMF和世界银行春季会议期间举行的一个经济论坛上，
她告诫美联储主席鲍威尔，要清楚传达美联储的观点，即通胀仍在控制之中。
她表示，市场认为通胀预期会更加“高涨”，推高了债券收益率。
IMF预测，2022年美国通胀率将为2.25%，仅略高于美联储2%的目标。“这就是为什么鲍威尔主席采取非常谨慎的方式进行明确沟通是非常有帮助的。既要让美国的这些预期不被提升，也要让世界其他国家对美国的货币政策更加清楚。”
格奥尔基耶娃表示，她对新兴市场通胀的影响感到担忧，新兴市场可能更倾向于通过货币融资或央行“印钞”来直接支持政府支出作为响应。这些举措被认为进一步加剧了通胀，并侵蚀了购买力。
她还表示，促进贸易增长的努力也将有助于限制通胀压力。
【IMF特别提款权分配和配额】
格奥尔基耶娃在新闻发布会上表示，IMFC所有成员都强烈支持规模为6500亿美元的新一轮特别提款权（SDR）分配，特别是代表中等收入国家的成员国。
她说，特别提款权分配将特别有助于这些国家增加仍因疫情而捉襟见肘的财政资源。
格奥尔基耶娃还表示，就一项有关IMF永久配额资源的新协议进行谈判将很艰难，但包括美国在内的成员国正在积极参与这一进程。
在IMF中占有最大配额的美国在特朗普政府期间反对任何配额调整。上一次配额改革是在2010年，增加了中国、巴西和其他新兴市场的投票权，并在2016年奥巴马政府时期实施。
IMF的相关言论暗示政策制定者可能不会过早缩减购债规模或者加息，利好股市，利好金价。周四美国标普500指数再度创下收盘纪录新高，金价也创下逾一个月新高。周五（4月9日）将出炉美国3月PPI数据，投资者需要予以关注。
