环比上涨2.8个百分点，连续11个月位于荣枯线以上，并且结束了此前连续三个月的下降趋势。
此前公布的中国3月财新制造业PMI录得50.6%，环比下降0.6个百分点，降至2020年5月以来最低。
由于财新服务业PMI回升幅度明显大于财新制造业PMI下降幅度，因此中国3月财新综合PMI录得53.1%，环比回升1.4个百分点。
具体来看，服务业供给、需求连续11个月保持扩张，扩张速度较此前两个月大幅反弹；外需仍有待改善，3月服务业新出口订单指数连续第二个月位于收缩区间，但收缩幅度有限；随着市场向好，服务业就业明显改善。服务业就业指数较上月大幅攀升逾三个百分点，重回扩张区间，3月服务业价格指数仍居高位；原材料价格的上涨、人力成本的增加以及能源价格的攀升，助推服务业投入价格指数连续九个月位于扩张区间；服务业企业家对未来经济恢复和疫情控制的信心度极高，3月服务业经营预期指数录得2011年3月以来新高。
财新智库高级经济学家王喆表示，新冠疫情以后的经济复苏仍在持续，3月制造业和服务业供求均位于扩张区间，但受秋冬局部疫情结束影响，两者边际改善速度有所分化：制造业恢复速度连续第四个月下降，服务业则强劲反弹。受此影响，服务业就业当月大幅改善，制造业就业市场则明显承压。通胀仍是未来关注的重点，制造业、服务业成本端和收费端价格指数已连升数月，通胀压力不断凸显，制约未来政策的腾挪空间，不利于后疫情时期经济的持续恢复。
