声明中指出国际社会针对中国的声音越来越强烈，恶意的塑造出中国是＂敌国＂的形象，许多亲自接触中国社会的专家与学者都表明，中国实情并非媒体所传播的形象，并呼吁西方应加强与中国的合作，才能共同解决人类面临的共同危机。
美国左手放行经济纾困案 右手加企业税回收
拜登于竞选时即提出加税政见，会将企业税率由21%调升到28%，将对企业获利带来冲击。
由于拜登推出的新法案约为3万亿美元，透过投入基础建设、发展未来5G、互联网，也包含学前教育、免费社区大学、降低儿童税收等方面。
美国在正商讨透过增加企业与富人税的方式为法案通过做解套。拜登政府也透露此次增税不会影响年收入少于40万美元的中产阶级，而是要对金字塔顶层的收入者增加财富税收。
这也坐实了美国财政部长叶伦在国会上的说辞，一旦美国经济再次强劲，有必要制定相关长期规划解决投资短缺的问题。
