周二(16日)《路透社》引述消息人士报导，在中国主管机关叫停了蚂蚁集团上市计画后，部份法人开始重新依照蚂蚁集团去年的营运重新评估其价值，目前估值约有逾2000亿美元。
该估值与蚂蚁集团2018年的最后一次融资相比，减少约三分之一，当时蚂蚁集团被喻为将会是全球最大的IPO案，估值高达3150亿美元。
去年中国主管机关因有意整顿中国境内网路金融平台，并将推出新法规范，借此紧急暂停蚂蚁集团的上市流程。
消息人士指出，由于中国主管机关已将蚂蚁集团当成金融业纳入管理而不是科技公司，所以估值将重新评价，因为金融业的估值远低于科技业。
消息人士透露，根据2020年蚂蚁集团的获利，以及和可比较的公司分析后，美国私募基金Warburg Pincus在去年底时评估蚂蚁集团的估值约为2200亿美元。
另一个消息人士则称，去年初Warburg Pincus以9000万美元的价格卖出部分持股，当时交易的估值约1900亿美元。
针对这2200亿美元的估值，另一不便公开的法人认为，与自家推算的估值相差不大。
一位法人称，其实蚂蚁集团去年第四季的业务几乎没有受到监管审查的影响。尽管如此，蚂蚁集团的估值和上市时间表仍要等到最终官方要求的改造计划落实后才能确定。
Warburg Pincus 对于媒体报导的内容全数不回应，包含估值与交易持股的任何消息。同时，蚂蚁集团也尚未证实路透消息。
回顾过去，蚂蚁集团最后一次融资是在2018年，当时金额高达140亿美元，创下全球单一最大融资，当时它被视为一家科技公司，而在融资后蚂蚁集团的估值约1500亿美元。
蚂蚁集团重整影响获利程度仍不明朗的情况下，一位法人提到，目前他们对蚂蚁的估值与2018 年那次融资的估值相当。另一位则称，现阶段暂时以投资成本认列对蚂蚁集团的投资，意味着帐面上这笔投资还没出现任何损益。
《路透社》上月初报导指出，阿里巴巴( BABA-US )旗下蚂蚁集团计划以分拆消费者贷款数据业务，向监管当局作出让步，为自家争取2年内重启IPO的机会。
阿里巴巴集团周二盘中下跌1.00%，暂报每股227.97美元。
