据路透社独家报道，特朗普政府正考虑将中国蚂蚁集团加入黑名单。两名知情人士说，在这家金融科技公司计划公开上市之前，美国国务院已经向特朗普政府提交了一项提议，要求特朗普政府将中国的蚂蚁集团加入交易黑名单。
报道称，目前尚不清楚何时决定是否将公司添加到所谓的“实体清单”中，美国政府机构将对此事进行审查。
至于特朗普政府官员针对蚂蚁集团的理由，依然是老调重弹的“国家安全”担忧，其妄称蚂蚁集团可能会让中国政府访问美国用户的敏感银行数据。
而所谓的“实体清单”，将使得美国企业很难向被列入黑名单的公司销售高科技产品，此举已成为特朗普政府打压中国企业的首选手段，但这种手段的现实影响有时存疑。
去年5月，美方将华为列入“实体清单”，对华为造成了打击。但报道指出，此次若美方对蚂蚁集团采取同样举措，所造成的影响可能更加是象征性的。
目前，美国国务院和蚂蚁集团并未对此事作出回复，不过蚂蚁集团在最近发给路透的声明中强调，该公司在中国以外的业务比重仅有5%。
蚂蚁IPO之路添堵
目前，蚂蚁集团正在谋划在上海和香港两地IPO上市，募资额可能高达创纪录的350亿美元。而此时特朗普政府出此一招，可能也意味着美国的强硬派正在寻求传达信息，以阻止美国投资者参与蚂蚁集团的首次公开募股。
此外，三位知情人士表示，中国证券监管机构正在调查金融科技巨头蚂蚁集团计划进行的350亿美元股票上市的潜在利益冲突，推迟了可能成为全球最大IPO的批准。
对此，蚂蚁集团表示，上海和香港两地上市计划在获得必需的监管批准方面正取得“稳步进展”，但没有预设的时间表。
而在此前，美国政府在9月就有过探索限制中国两大支付平台的动议。据彭博社报道，特朗普政府正在探索对蚂蚁集团和腾讯控股有限公司的限制，当时尽管还没有最终决定，但关于如何以及是否限制蚂蚁集团和腾讯的支付系统的辩论已经在美国高级官员中加快。
