190美元的油价听起来很疯狂。但摩根大通认为这是可能的，即使是在大流行之后。
3月初，摩根大通在一份不太受关注的报告中警告称，石油市场可能正处于“超级周期”的顶端，这将使布伦特原油价格在2025年飙升至每桶190美元。
几周后，由于需求锐减，疫情引发了油价的大幅下跌。但尽管如此，该行仍在加倍看好自己的观点。

摩根大通欧洲、中东和非洲油气研究主管克里斯提安•马利克（Christyan Malek）表示：

多年来，世界拥有的石油超过了它的需求。这一供应过剩导致储油罐不断装满原油，导致原油价格在4月份出现负增长。
摩根大通6月12日发布的一份报告称，从2022年开始，供过于求的石油市场将转向“根本性供应赤字”。摩根大通表示，最有可能出现的情况是，布伦特原油价格升至每桶60美元，从而刺激产出增加。
该报告并没有给出牛市预期的目标价，但马利克表示，摩根大通从3月起设定的190美元的看涨预期仍然有效。事实上，他认为现在更有可能。
马利克自2013年起就一直看跌原油，他指出，除非欧佩克和其他产油国增产，否则2022年将出现非常大的供需缺口，到2025年可能达到每天680万桶。
“赤字本身就说明了一切。这意味着油价将会飞涨。我们认为这是可持续的吗？不。但它能达到那些水平吗？是的。”
英国石油公司发出警报
当然，现在很难想象三位数的原油价格。一些分析师认为，即便是美国油价在短短7周内从每桶负40美元反弹至每桶正40美元，也有些过度。
新冠肺炎病例在美国和拉丁美洲的一些地区激增。汽油需求正在改善，但还没有回到疫情流行前的水平。航空业要完全恢复可能需要数年时间。
英国石油公司（BP）本周警告说，疫情危机可能会“对全球经济产生持久影响”，在“一段时间内”导致能源需求减少。这家英国石油巨头将其对未来30年布伦特原油价格的预测大幅下调27%，至每桶55美元。
英国石油公司还表示，计划将其资产价值减记至多175亿美元，其中包括未开发的石油和天然气储备。
与直觉相悖的是，摩根大通的马利克表示，BP减记和悲观的预测是他所见过的“最乐观的事态之一”。
这是因为石油公司仅仅为了维持产量就必须投入巨资，更不用说增加产量了。如果他们什么都不做，产出自然会下降。
而英国石油公司较弱的前景表明，能够完成减产的长期石油项目将更少。这反过来将使供应保持在低水平——即使需求在上升。

石油支出可能会跌至15年来的低点
摩根大通称，2015年至2020年，全球有50多个新石油项目获得批准。但世行估计，未来5年，只有5个所谓的“绿地”项目将上线。
一些大的石油公司，包括英国石油公司，壳牌公司，道达尔公司和康菲石油公司都推迟了最后的投资决定。
根据Rystad Energy最近的一份报告，到2020年，全球上游投资预计将跌至15年来的最低点，为3830亿美元。
Rystad表示，这些支出削减将使“维持现有产量更具挑战性”，并可能影响长期供应的“稳定”。
气候变化因素
